The most common use of a Normative Framework is to give a starting point for developing a new version of an existing business, product, or procedure. Once we create the framework, we can apply logic to perform additional framework analysis. We make no claim, nor do we seek ultimate perfection, in a framework because the model’s integrity is relative to assumptions we have made in creating the framework.
